Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic inflammatory disease secondary to an autoimmune response that characterized by the deposition of immune complexes activate complement and cause tissue damage. The American College Rheumatology (ACR, Rheumatology) in 2012 established new diagnostic criteria for SLE, identifying 17 which at least 4 must be met (at one clinical, immunologic) or nephritis as sole criterion presence antinuclear antibody (ANA) double-stranded anti-DNA diagnosis.1
